Sue Margeson has owned and operated Big Bear Self Storage in Orangeville, Ontario since 1989. Her experience with sales and marketing of ancillary self-storage products ultimately resulted in for the establishment of a large self storage ancillary item supply company.
Marcus Lowe is Vice President - Operations for InStorage REIT (TSX:IS.UN). Previously he was the Vice President Operations for Canadian Mini-Warehouse Properties Company and Public Storage Canadian Properties from May 2003 to June 2007.
Joe Kormos has been active in the self-storage industry since 1976 when he joined the SSA in the USA and was the director of Region 9 (Central Canada) for several years. He is part owner of three facilities and through Canadian Storage Centers Inc. (CSCI), Joe provides turnkey consulting services to the self storage industry from Halifax to Vancouver. Joe founded the Ontario Self Storage Association in April of 2000 with the view to correcting a property tax inequity in Ontario.
Troy McLellan is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Public Storage Canadian Properties (TSX: PUB). He has been involved with real estate and development in various capacities for 15 years and has constructed several storage facilities across Canada. < Jason W. Trask is President of My Space Storage + Business Suites Ltd. located in Newfoundland and Labrador. Jason's experience spans several industries including technology, retail, residential construction and the personal care home industry (seniors residences). He and his partners continue to grow their businesses throughout Atlantic Canada. He is an advocate of entrepreneurship and currently and in the past sat on various boards of organizations with the mandate of encouraging entrepreneurial activities. |
