    Hello,

    Looking for advise as to what route to take regarding an indoor client. The client gave written notice in an email June 2 that he is vacating his unit June 30. We replied with all contents will need to be removed and we will do an inspection on June 30 to see whether his security deposit is returned. Once we receive notice we do line up another client for July 1. Now this current guy says he’s decided to keep the storage unit for another month. He refuses to leave because of his situation. What are the recommended steps in this situation. Our indoor units are always full and we have a waiting list of people. So once noticed is received we line up the next person. If we had the available space we would accommodate the guy. I’m not sure what to do as we have never experienced this situation before.
